Welcome to the Spiritual Garden. By using our app, you agree to these terms.

👤 1. Accounts & Feature Access

This app supports two usage modes:

• Guest Mode: Use assessments, the Bible browser, verse audio playback (text-to-speech), and personalized analysis based on your assessment answers — no registration required. Data stays on the current device only.
• Sign in with Apple: Unlocks all features including personalized daily verse and cross-device data sync.

Only Sign in with Apple is supported for registration. Guests can upgrade anytime; assessment data migrates automatically.

📚 2. Spiritual Framework & Doctrine

Our assessments are rooted in the Parable of the Sower (Matthew 13:1-9), focusing on three dimensions: Spiritual Health, Spiritual Fruits, and Spiritual Roots.

The theological "plumb line" is the Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS) Doctrinal Statement. We celebrate the diversity of the Body of Christ and understand your theology may differ.

📝 3. Assessment Summaries

Assessment summaries are generated by this app from your answers and the built-in assessment framework. All content is rule-based and does not rely on cloud inference.

Treat all summaries as personal reflection aids; not as absolute spiritual counsel or professional advice. For deep pastoral guidance, please consult a trusted pastor or spiritual mentor.

🔬 4. Beta Phase

Spiritual Garden is in Beta. The service is provided "as-is." We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We appreciate your patience and feedback.

🤝 5. User Conduct

This is a space for growth and humility. You are responsible for your input.

You must not use abusive language or hate speech.

Administrators reserve the right to delete content and refuse service for violations.

⚖️ 6. Limitation of Liability

Spiritual Garden is a tool for self-discovery and spiritual encouragement. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, mental health services, or pastoral care.

🗑️ 7. Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. All assessment answers, personalization data, and account info are permanently removed from our servers.

Guest-mode local data can be cleared via Sign Out, or simply by uninstalling the app.

🚫 8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
